The handle is printed in white script and block lettering: “DRINK Raleigh TOMATO JUICE.” The metal blade is stamped “PLASDIP MELB,” identifying it as made by Plasdip, a Melbourne, Australia manufacturer known for producing painted/dipped-handle advertising openers from the mid-20th century.
